Sprite Sheet Maker - For RPG Maker MV/MZ

A lightweight, single-file tool for building RPG Maker MV (that's because I tested it while making MV sprites, but it must work for MZ as well) character sprite sheets directly from your own images — no game project or external software needed.

Features:

• Build named character sheets with up to 8 characters per sheet
• Standard RPG Maker MV layout: 4 directions (Down/Left/Right/Up) × 3 walk frames each
• Frame presets: 48×48, 72×72, 96×96, 144×144, 192×192, 240×240, 288×288
• Custom frame sizes and layouts (1, 4, or 8 character sheets)
• Auto-crop + center every sprite so characters sit correctly in each frame
• Import an existing full sheet and split it back into editable frames
• Live animation preview per direction (Down/Left/Right/Up) with speed control
• Repeat first frame to all frames for quick same-pose characters
• Editable export file name
• Project save/load (JSON) so you can keep working on a sheet later
• History panel — your last 10 generated sheets are kept for quick reload

Export is a single PNG ready to drop into img/characters/ in your RPG Maker MV project. Simple to use, no install required.

Note: This executable is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may warn "unknown publisher" on first launch — click More info → Run anyway. It's safe, made by JKST (me).
